MafeMato is a women’s footwear retail brand and online storefront operated by ARTE IN ACTI LLC.

Leather, suede, and other natural materials may contain variations in grain, texture, and color. These natural variations are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit product quantities at our discretion.

When you place an order through mafemato.us, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

Your order is considered accepted once we confirm and begin processing your purchase.

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy available on mafemato.us.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, you may return an eligible item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and place a separate order.

Purchases made through mafemato.us are intended primarily for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale.

All prices displayed on mafemato.us are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.

MafeMato currently offers free standard shipping on eligible orders shipped within the United States, as described in our Shipping Policy.

MafeMato currently ships to addresses within the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after the order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.

After shipment, standard delivery within the United States typically takes approximately 5–8 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

MafeMato is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology used to operate our online store.

However, purchases made through mafemato.us are transactions directly between you and MafeMato, operated by ARTE IN ACTI LLC.

Shopify is not the seller of the footwear or other products offered by MafeMato.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for claims, losses, damages, or disputes arising directly from products purchased from MafeMato.
