Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, footwear must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Free from marks, creasing, scuffs, odors, or other signs of wear
• Returned with all original tags and accessories
• Returned in its original, undamaged shoe box
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please try on footwear indoors on a clean, soft surface.

The original shoe box is considered part of the product and must not be used as the shipping box. Returns with shipping labels, tape, or damage applied directly to the shoe box may be refused.

Starting a Return

To request a return, contact us at contact@arteinacti.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and reason for return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for purchasing their own return shipping label. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please do not send a return until you have received return instructions from us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly at contact@arteinacti.com with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund and any instructions that apply to the specific case.

Natural variations in leather, suede, grain, texture, or color are characteristics of the materials and are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Items showing signs of wear or use
• Items returned without their original tags or packaging
• Items with a damaged or altered shoe box
• Products clearly marked Final Sale
• Gift cards
• Items purchased outside mafemato.us

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item and place a separate order.

Availability of another size or style cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
